Avoid eating these foods together

Do you ever get diarrhea, skin rashes or stomach ache after your last meal? We like to feel better and energetic after eating. But if you feel uncomfortable or get stomach aches. What causes it?

We should be concern in choosing the food for a healthy meal. The wrong food combinations may cause wreak havoc in your body.

Here are some foods you should avoid eating together:

Meat and Dairy Products.

You may have to think twice before adding cheese to your beef burger or taking any kind of iron supplements with milk as “iron and calcium inhibit each other’s absorption”.

It is best to space of these 2 products 1 to 2 hours apart, to get the full benefit. This is sad since iron deficiency anemia is hard to treat.

Acidic/sub acidic with sweet fruits.

Avoid mixing acidic fruits, such as grapes, pineapples, pomegranates, lime and blueberries, or sub acidic fruits, such as pears, apples, mangos, papayas and apricots, with sweet fruits bananas, dates and raisins for better digestion.

Tea with milk

This is not a good mix to your health. Drinking tea with milk, blunts the positive health effects of the tea. Research shows that drinking tea improves blood flow significantly, as compared to drinking water.

The casein in the milk nullifies most benefits of the polyphenols, the plant chemicals that fight disease, in tea.

Tea drinkers enjoy some health benefits such as protection of heart disease and prevention of cancer. But unfortunately adding milk with tea wipe off these benefits.

Fruits and starch

Fruit is definitely an important part of your diet, you want to avoid eating it with foods that take longer to digest. Fruits pass quickly through the stomach, but when you pair them with something like grains, they stay too long in your stomach and start to ferment. This can cause problems with digesting and even bloating.

Eat fruits 30 to 60 minutes before your meal.

Orange juice and grains

Having a glass of orange juice with your morning oatmeal might seem innocent enough, but your stomach probably doesn't like it. Acidic fruits like oranges destroy the enzyme that is responsible for digesting starches, which can start your morning off with some unwanted tummy troubles.
